Good build. The pieces fit nicely.
Timbre a touch metallic?
Neutral tuning with openness and enough air in the treble to feel the stage.
Good amount of bass. Not boated. Lack texture. Mid bass, with some sub bass extension
Male vocals are not forward.
Technicals are decent and perhaps quite good for the price point. Separation, imaging, dynamic range are all decent.
Notes seem to lack the depth. Cheap drivers?
Female vocals pushed forward quite a bit. Blackpink sounds sharp.
Treble while present. Is not going to win any prizes. Pianos sound lifeless.
A touch of hollowness in the center part of the mid range.
Bass driver a bit slow.
This tuning, will get bored fast.
Should please newbies. Nothing special for the advanced players. A neutral tuning with a nice amount of air. Relying a lot on the bass to keep things lively. Male and female vocals don’t get to the sweet spot. Under $500 is the correct pricing. No special sauce. A good IEM to own for a beginner at a fair price. Nothing more than that.

Unique Melody MEST Jet Black
