- Good imaging
- Linear stage from the 340
- Treble is not sharp. Very pleasant.
- High dynamic range
- Bass separation is excellent
- Upper mids is very good
- The bass has got reverb.
- The bass surrounds you, but it’s so controlled. It does not overwhelm you.
- Bass don’t have the layering of duality.
- Bass and mids occupying the same space, but layered apart naturally.
- Very good treble in a semi diffused state
- Very natural separation.
- Stage on par with Hermit
- Texture everywhere. Bass, mids, upper mids.
- Rock is the sweet spot.
- Manages to render badly mastered tracks well.
- Intimate songs are intimate. Big sounding songs sound big.
Really shine on bass heavy. Else. It’s just a good IEM.
The Novus gives a sense that it’s the complete package.
Everything is good, very good, or excellent. I can’t find any downside except for price. Worthy of the TOTL tag.
